American University in Dubai (AUD) scholarship and ranking
American University in Dubai is one of the top private universities in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is ranked #601-610 in QS World University Rankings 2024. Among all the scholarship it provides, only H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Scholarship for Undergraduate Study provides partial or full tuition fee waivers. Remember that it’s a need-based scholarship. Therefore, one needs to show his/her parent’s income certificate.
Application and required Documents
For this, at first, applicants need to apply for admission through the application portal, where they need to submit the following documents-
- High School Transcripts
- Passport
- SAT (Math 590 at least)
- IELTS Academic 6.5 or TOEFL IBT 79
- Personal Statement (Minimum 500 Words). Moreover, if you are not currently enrolled in a school, you must describe your activities since you last attended.
Lastly, you need to pay an application fee. After the submission of the application, you’ll get a student ID by which you need to apply for a scholarship through the scholarship portal where you’ll submit the following documents-
Required documents (Undergraduate Scholarship Applicants):
- Last 3 years of high school records.
- Salary certificate for father and mother.
- If you have special circumstances, then you need to explain that and add any available supporting documents.
- MBRSC scholarship applicants must first submit a portfolio before filling out the undergraduate scholarship application.
